a comic with a man ringing a doorbell, a dog in the window, and a sign warning about the dog

#111 "Welcome"

It is my contention that the way someone's dog treats you at their door, it is really the owner treating you that way by proxy. It's the owner saying "I welcome you with———(see the sign in the above comic)!" I've been licked, pounced on, knocked over, bitten, invaded, barked at, growled at, dirtied up, had my clothes torn, and rubbed up against. Not unlike going through security at the airport, though I've yet to be licked by the TSA. I've been swabbed, but not licked. Though they keep asking me to take off more and more clothes.
